I have been going to this clinic for over a dozen years. They have taken excellent care of me for various ailments over the years. Originally Grace provided all the services, but in the last few years Colin has stepped up and taken a more active role in their clinic. Regardless of the practitioner, their service delivery is second to none. I have never been disappointed with their results.

I've had trouble with my feet for decades. Dr. Hudson delivered my custom orthotics to my door and put them in my shoes. I'm very pleased with the orthotics and the customer service. I finally have some relief from the pain of unsupported arches. A combination of foot exercises and the orthotics is also giving me relief from the pain of plantar fasciitis even though I am still walking at least an hour a day.

Superb service and outcomes. Made a huge mistake buying a Mini Countryman. The car was sucking more than $750/month. Overpriced Mini Ottawa did not demonstrate (to me) the expertise and any restraint when it came to expenses. In came Manny who found a cost effective solution delivered with confidence and TLC. Patrick and his crew did an excellent job, showed up on the appointed day at the appointed time. They got to work right away and trimmed the 60' maple in the front yard, part of which overhung the roof. The job consisted of cutting limbs, trimming branches, pruning the dead wood, and raising the canopy. Once the job was finished they cleaned up the yard so completey you'd never knew they were there. As well Pat has an excellent eye for shaping
We couldn't be happier with the work.

I needed some closet doors a few weeks ago. Piramid was very fast and efficient. I was able to go into their showroom, pick out the style I wanted, have them come and measure, and then install the doors, all in a matter of a week and a bit. Great customer service. I would use them again. I've already referred them to two of my neighbours.

These people are fantastic! I am new to needing an orthotic, and they were able to walk me through the process step by step. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and were able to tell me exactly what I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement of my portion of the cost. They were very patient, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question (although I'm sure half of them were!). The appliance that I received from Grundy Orthotics is extremely comfortable, and I was able to wear it full time from the day I got it. There was no "breaking in" period that some other orthotists I spoke to warned about. I would highly recommended them to anyone that is in need of an orthotic device.
