I feel truly blessed to have grown up with the Banno family that owns and operates this shop. These guys have true integrity.
Never too busy to explain things in greater detail. On days like today when its -40°C and everyone has a broken car, they take time away from their lives and their families, working late, just to help make sure their friends and loyal customers are safe. I've known Andy (Owner) for 5 years now and he has been my mechanic since moving to the Okanagan. He has always been straight forward, friendly, honest, reasonable in his pricing and has never screwed me over. This is a busy little shop and for good reason, so be reasonable and patient.
