We stopped late on Friday with serious trailer brake problems. Cannot begin to thank Ian and Clint who took the time to not only fix the problem but also do a few extra things to make it more reliable! Friendly, super capable people!

Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!

They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the concern I had, which another dealerships Team of mechanics could not figure out and would have put me out lots of money. I was so excited driving my vehicle home as it drove like it was new again. I appreciate the respect and customer service they provided. Awesome Shop!
