I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. Hanif is fantastic. You’d think visits to have you vacuum fixed would be ho hum. Hanif will get you back up and running and you’ll leave feeling confident. I have had both vacuumes repaired here as well as just bought a shampooer from him. The plastic bag got a rip in it, Hanif got me fixed up right away and didn’t charge me.
