After experiencing a problem with my garage door track and having difficulty opening and closing the door with the opener I called Rivett for help. Kevin came over the same day and was very thorough in investigating the problem. Turned out that I just needed a part and some maintenance on the track. Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct.
