Ferhad Sean Amiri, the new lawyer who took over Larry Routenberg‘s practice at Metro Law (in ‘2022?) in Metrotown was awesome. He picked up my file from 2011 with Larry. He is “to-the-point” and his initial consultant rate was very reasonable. He explained the pros & cons and then elaborated the pros out-weight the cons. I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs Lire plus
