It is always a wonderful experience to rent a car with Aligo. Everyone working there is so nice, kind, helpful, happy. I have been renting for a year, on every week. I moved out of Richmond, and i still rent with them . GREAT SERVICE specially Sophia or Sofia, the colorful lady. She was the one who motivated me to stay with Aligo, by her kindness and professionnalism. Thank you for each employee. The cars are awesome, clean and chic. I feel like i made new friends in Aligo. As a customer of Central Hobbies for the past 2 years I have nothing but good to say about Hal, Kathy and Bill!
I was recently disappointed to say the least after reading the review of a 21 year old’s experience after a purchase at the store!
Whatever that experience was according to him did not warrant his mysogonist,sexist, ageist attack on as he referred to as the “the old lady” how shameful it is that a young man would resort to such language because a piece of pin striping came loose!

Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday. Great service!!!!! I will definitely use Island Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.
