I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. I purchased a 2009 Ram 1500 from Garry. He gave me a very good deal, and a fair trade in value for my old truck. Brought it to my family mechanic today, and was informed that he truck was in great condition. The transmission and engine run perfectly. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. They will take all the hassle out of shopping for tires and teach you a thing or two. I'm so happy with my experience here and will be returning for tims for my daily driver. Thanks so much guys
