I was so pleased with my dog's first appointment on Monday with Teresa. She made arrangements for him to come at a quiet time as he has had some very stressful situations at other groomings. Her calm and caring manner mad it easy for him and the result was very nice. I cannot thank her enough. High recommend

I stopped in to grab a pizza around 8pm on a Friday and this place was rocking. From the person who took my order to the staff cleaning the store everyone was in a good mood and happy to be there. Pizza was delicious and I got it for a really good deal.

So many of the Kelowna lakefront(or near lakefront) restaurants seem to rely on the location only...and food is 2nd rate. The Eldorado provides an edible dish that is suitable to enjoy with the fabulous setting of Okanagan Lake. Number one choice for me...for a combined food and lakefront venue in Kelowna.

Their offices located in Kelowna and Penticton are very clean, the staff are both kind and courteous and will help with whatever your foot needs are. I personally like the Kelowna office for a couple reasons, it's a newer facility with much more room inside the patients rooms, that if you need\have someone with you, there is lots of room and sitting room. plus, they are open more. He's a great Dr.. I recommend!
