Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Wonderful staff especially the Asian woman in the mornings, she makes my day Im happy that she retired but the store isnt the same without her smiling face. Been going there since I was a child and although the staff is decent most of the time they are on their phones speaking in Punjabi. Wish the Asian woman would work the mornings again Ive had to find a different gas station but on sundays I get to see her smiling face and my kids too

We bought an rv from them. The delamination that was on it, they fixed as part of the price. They through a few extras in at no extra cost. Plus we got the rv for a really good deal. Found the same one on a US site for $2000.00 more and that’s American. I will NEVER go anywhere else for an rv or service. This is The kind of service you dream of and never find. It was more then we could have expected. All I can say is WOW!!!

Good place to do business if you are in need to borrow money or looking for bargains on previously owned items. Had to use their service when I was in between paydays. Staff was polite, professional and explain how the collateral loan process works.
They basically loan you money on your valuables and charge you a minimal interest. They are definitely cheaper than Payday loan companies. I would use them if I need to borrow money on a short term. Thanks for the help guys.
