The marina that we house our boat in wanted over $4k for a hull repair. My hubs pulled it out, took it to O'Rourke. Simon repaired our boat, in a very timely manner (considering it's the middle of boating season) and repaired our hull and did a few little extra TLC things as well and that ended up costing us $1200 which is a far cry from the $4K at the marina. We'll be back! Love this small business and will take our boat there going forward!

Had my friend take her car there today for an oil change. They got her in pretty much right away. Bill and John are both amazing Men and very awesome, great to their customers and they give their all to make sure their customers are happy. Great place!! I'm definitely going to be returning. The food is fantastic, the beer is cold and the service is amazing! Not to mention they show real sports on 11 TVS!! If your in the neighbourhood, I definitely recommend you stop by and experience it for yourself!

I have visited this location several times now to receive their oil change/ car wash package. Oasis offers a free wash with any oil change package and their entire facility is top notch. Clean shop and your car comes out very clean after a wash. The oli changes are quick, but comprehensive. During an oil change service, the technicians consistently check your tire pressure (accurately), lubricate your hinges (when required) and check your coolant life. The staff are very friendly and only suggest what truly requires changing. When I contacted them about a problem I discovered, they promptly took me in and resolved the issue with a friendly and humble approach that I rarely experience in automotive service facilities.
I highly recommend Oasis to anyone who is looking for a great oil change experience in the Barrie and surrounding area.

Northern Shores go above and beyond excellence. Our snowblower was in need of repair and they took us on same day. Within hours our driveway was cleared perfectly and we have not looked back. For some reason our street was loaded with snow. When the city plow arrived yesterday it left the end of our driveways piled high. Northern Shores quickly arrived and not only removed the snow from the ends but cleared the driveways again too!

I contacted 3 Insurance companies to get a quote on my new boat.Northstar was the best price for same if not more coverage!and quick to produce the quote.I dealt with Madison she was great, quick to reply to any email questions and on the phone very professional & very helpful!! Some food was a little salty but the portion sizes are generous. Too much batter on tempura items. The menu is Canadianized as are most Chinese restaurants but I found they have more items to choose from. The Specials that they have for Families of 4 or 5 are pretty decent. Fast service and a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

I went in on a whim looking for winter tires. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.
