We have hired Rokkon on for 2 jobs over the past 2 years. Customer service was bang on, they showed up when they said they would and left a minimal footprint. Roy was able to provide a clear understandable estimate and actually saved us some money through his suggestions. I would and will be hiring them again-they stand by their work. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I wish to draw attention to a young man (I believe his name is Johnny) who works at the gas station on Ellice & Wall. He is one of the nicest young men (very friendly and helpful). It is a pleasure to deal with him. I always fill my gas tank at that station and find that all the people working the pumps are friendly and nice, but Johnny is the best.

Clean, newly renovated store. Meat department is great. In store made sausages are tops. Very helpful staff. Still finding my way around the new layout. Love the self checkout. Like to be able to see the computer price as I scan my groceries. Harder to do at regular checkout. Love it.

I walked in Queen nails and to be warmly greeted by an older lady who was the sweetest thing on earth. I was promptly seated and serviced.
The man who did my nails was very friendly to me and knew how to do his job well and confidently. Get this, my nails took about a half an hour to finish at most and are the most beautifully done, strong, even, clear nails I have ever got. (and I have been through oodles of nail techs) Compared to some places I have been to where they took 2-3 hours and they still lift or chip etc. The environment was clean and everyone looked happy and content.
It was such a nice experience for a change. I was so happy after this.
I am not sure about the other comments and not so good experiences but I thought I would give this place a shot and now will definitely be giving them my business and letting others know.
P.S. Can't beat the price 30 bucks (before tax), I got a pink sparkly tip, no extra charge for colored tips!

Had our backyard done by Rick from prostone patio. He installed a Roman paver patio and walkway as well as sod, some trees and bushes and a lot of crushed granite. He also built two garden boxes. Work was well done and timely. Backyard looks great. Very happy with his service and the cost. Will recommend to friends and family who need landscaping done !
