The doctors and staff at Lighthouse Veterinary Clinic are marvellous. My elderly dog has always received expert and loving care, and I have always received complete support in all my concerns.

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I had a very good experience with APM. The guys, especially the owner, is so experienced. I was really surprised, when they handed me over my Verado repowered Osprey boat. The performance was weigh better than expected. They are not the cheapest, but I always recieved get highest quality products, service and when it comes to warranty case there is nothing to complain at all. I would give them 6 stars, if I could.

Yesterday, my wife and I ordered two Cod Burgers with fries, at the drive through on Cliffe Ave. in Courtenay. We received our order okay but the receipt said only one order of fries and read $15.72. We paid $18.85. Was this an honest error by Kishan or something else? The burgers did taste good however.

Love coming here when visiting my family. We usually all eat from the buffet. There is not a huge selection; however, the food in the buffet is always replenished quickly so it is always hot and fresh. Their garlic prawns are definitely a favourite. Service is always wonderful!

My husband and I were very impressed today with the setup and layout of the garden centre during the pandemic. The staff at the gate with hand sanitizer, the aisles set up with arrows to follow, staff available to assist with questions, good setup at the cash and someone to wipe down the wagon after loading your car. Very pleased with the service and it shows that they really care for their customers and staff during this stressful time. Thank you Cultivate Gardens and we shall return.

I knew absolutely nothing about Den Mar Electric when i finally got the work done i needed . I called several places and had several guys come through to give an estimate and noone was as good as Dwayne at Denmar. I will go with them every time and recommend them to anyone. He gave three times the detail in explaining everything and also was very very honest. I was pretty much decided on Denmar anyway and then to top it off my estimate was the most reasonable.
