The employees here are fabulous! Mavis is wonderful! She is a kind hearted, compassionate woman that helps everyone! Her presence here has made me shop here way more than I normally would. Met a woman manager for the first time the other day and she was very nice as well. EVERYONE SHOULD SHOP HERE!

From the moment I contacted SMG the experience was above all else. The appointments were quick to the point and very informative. Don’t get me wrong, they didn’t rush through the appointments and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked the way the CPAP loaner machine was explained as well as the program. I can’t remember everyone’s names but each person that greeted me called me by name without having to introduce myself. Thank you for an amazing experience.

They keep our fur family well cared for and we never have to remind them about what is what with whom because they are 100% prepared for every appointment. They remind us about things that need doing and call to check when we have a sick family member. The vets and staff are so nice and very professional. I’ve lived in Toronto and Niagara Falls area and Sakura Sushi, located in the little town of Simcoe has by far the best sushi I have ever had. Consistent, generous and always delicious. How do they get the rice on the rolls so thin? Perfection!
