I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Out of town client in need of (Emergency service) Clinic staff was fast friendly and thurough. Called for an emergency appointment at 8:00 a.m. was told we can come straight in. Our little "Mira" was imediately assessed received emergency surgury and was ready for pickup by 3:00 pm. The staff went beyond our expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Would definately become your clients permanently should we move back to the area.

She was able to give reasons why we should choose certain products based on amount of use and ease to maintain. We have just recently completed a main washroom and powder room renovation and would not have gone any where else to order out fixtures and receive usable knowledge about the products..
