I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. I would recommend there storage to anyone that would need and place to keep there items dry safe and sucure at all times.I would not go anywhere else ever! Last spring was the first time I drove from Vancouver to Kelowna, and forgot to fill up on fuel before getting on the Coquihalla. Of course we ran out of gas on the most treacherous stretch of the hwy without service. We are so extremely grateful to Richard Umpherville from VSA for saving us! Have been meaning to spread the good word about this company for some time. Amazing service, polite, helpful, refused payment. 100% recommend calling these guys in time of need. Thanks again Richard.

The customer service at this location was great! it was easy to return our rental Uhaul and the service was friendly. I would use and reccomend this location again.
In the past U haul has been horrible for us, including some of the small businesses that rent the trucks, but not this one! this one will keep me coming back!

We blew a tire in Kamloops, our lock lug nut key was stripped and we couldn���t get anyone to come help us replace our spare. Phil went above and beyond to help us out. When he didn���t have the part needed to take the locked lug nut off he knew someone who did. He made sure our spare tire was full of air and called around at the end of the day to make sure we could get our tire replaced before continuing on our vacation. He made a crappy situation better. We are so grateful for all his help!

Kirkwood Elevators is an excellent company to deal with. I recommend phoning them even if you are not local to their area, as in my case they were willing to travel hundreds of kilometres each way to install my lift, and were still able to match local prices.

This establishment is above and beyond not only was it a long weekend but they save me with two little boys and a brand new puppy took my truck helped me get a hotel and treated me like family making sure my truck would be fixed to have me and my family back on the road. If I was in Clearwater this is the place I would rely on with no doubt
