I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

I phoned in for take-out rolls and tempura. Service was friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the food particularly the superfood and tofumite rolls. Will definitely go there again.

We needed an assessment of our water system to determine the cause of low pressure. Pinnacle Water Pump service booked an appt promptly and came to Salmon Arm to do a pump test on our well pump and replaced the water pressure tank that was malfunctioning. Great service from very knowledgeable team.

Julie has been my hair stylist for 18 years, since the first day I met her when she did my hair for grad. She does a phenomenal job with hair cuts, hair colors and on creating unique and beautiful updos for special occasions. She takes the time to make sure your hair is perfect. I drive all the way from the upper mission to go there and it���s definitely worth the drive! At this point, I feel like I���m going to see family when I go. Both Julie and Julia are so nice. Out of town client in need of (Emergency service) Clinic staff was fast friendly and thurough. Called for an emergency appointment at 8:00 a.m. was told we can come straight in. Our little "Mira" was imediately assessed received emergency surgury and was ready for pickup by 3:00 pm. The staff went beyond our expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Would definately become your clients permanently should we move back to the area.

Bright, clean and friendly. The attendants were VERY helpful and nice. Tim Horton's is only a few steps away so I could grab a coffee and muffin and it felt like my laundry was done in no time at all. Prices in line with other laundromats, but service was above par.

I've been installing Tekmar controls for years in and around the West. Their tech support has been great and they've managed to solve more than one issue that I've run into over the years. I like what they've done and where they're going with some of their new boiler and zone controls. Can get pricey but often worth the extra pennies.
