I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We told them we had no heat in our home due to our old furnace break down and they did all they could to book us in ASAP. Their technicians were punctual, professional and clean. I called on short notice to have 3 grab bars installed in my Mothers bathroom. The person who took my order, Marrita, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she would try to arrange the installation for the following week. The person to whom I spoke about the installation date was also very helpful, and the man who did installation (Wylie) was skillful and friendly. Only 2 bars were needed and Marrita cheerfully and efficiently processed a refund on the phone. Highly recommend them!
