We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).

Recently I visited Salin Acupuncture. For the past few years I had difficulty sleeping. I tried all kinds of different avenues with no success. I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.

The lady who did my massage was lovely, and we had a great chat while she worked -- we both speak Cantonese, and it was really fun talking to her. She talked to me about what it was she was doing, and what pressure points were and such. It was interesting.
The only thing I hoped for was if the receptionist was a little more responsive. Often it felt like I really didn't get enough instruction about what to do.
Don't go expecting a spa. This is not that. Expect a comfy clinical room.
