Jeremy was great to deal with. They re- checked the "problem" that was diagnosed by another garage only to find out I can keep my money.... They are nice fellows and I'll be returning to them with any work that needs to be done in the future. I'm glad these guys are around :-)

It has been a long time since I've had an oil change experience worth writing home about. I was beginning to think that I would have to change my own oil just to avoid being haggled and insulted as I had been at the last few places I tried. Not once was I lectured about coming in more often or told I don't take care of my car as usual (I'm not negligent - most lube shops use it to instill fear and have you pay more money.)
Paul seems like a manager-type person who was the man I spoke with the whole time I was there. If there was such thing as a 'carside' manner, he got it right on the money. He was extremely polite and even asked permission to put air in my tires like I was some kind of heiress. I am used to other places either not asking to add air or forgetting to even check them. A lot of places only do it 'by request' - but when they don't communicate with you, how are you supposed to request it? So this place was quite amazing. They showed me my transmission fluid colour to assure me it's in perfect condition. Basically, I would go back there strictly for the customer service, but their prices are reasonable too. I would say they are like any other place but you actually get what you pay for.
The owner's name is 'Al' but I never met him. Maybe he will be in on a weekday. I have a $10 off coupon for next time if I take the middle package so that's another incentive to return. I am glad I don't have to figure out how to change my own oil because it isn't easy when you lack the tools needed.
They have a coupon right now on he back of Safeway receipts for $8 off. I wish I had known, but it was still worth it.

I have used these guys multiple times & only once did I end up w/the wrong part & it's not a wonder when that phone doesn't stop ringing cpl'd with the continuous flow of customers walking through the door. Their yard guys are great, the desk guys' knowledge is over the roof, & they go the extra mile to make sure you leave a satisfied customer.

We stay at your hotel on Thursday night. On Friday night we stayed at the Chateau Lacombe in Edmonton. Your hotel was far better than the Chateau in Edmonton. The only thing when breakfast starts at 6:30 am your staff should have it all out and ready to go at 6:30 am. There was no waffle mix and no coffee at 6:30 am. Another thing your pillows could be bigger.

Begin Inspections Ltd was my home inspector company for a recent home inspection and Dennis Begin was very helpful. His knowledge and professionalism in regards to some of my concerns helped me understand some of the problems encountered in the home inspection and his suggested solutions were great. I have been having problems with my hearing for quite a while because of Tinnitus. I went to Kirkham Hearing to see if they could fix it. I was told that Tinnitus is incurable which I have been told from several specialists. After a evaluation I found I did have a hearing loss in the high tones. When fit with hearing aids the tinnitus was reduced drastically. The treatment I have had with them is remarkable and I highly recommend them to anyone I talk to about hearing problems. I stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks and I have to say I love the beds and pillows! Very comfy. The tartar sauce with the Fish and Chips at Ric's Grill downstairs is also amazing!

These guys are the way an auto shop used to be and should be . My car broke down on the side of glenmore trial on a saturday afternoon . Rob one of the owners stopped and found a had a blown rad hose . Then went to parts store , right then got the part and coolant and got me going . I will use these guys from now on any time i need repairs . how many places do that kind of thing theses days ?????????

I stayed for a week, after being in a more high-end hotel, and honestly I enjoyed it here even more. You will get more value for the price here. Free internet, free breakfast, and they can provide you with anything you may have forgotten (like my toothbrush). The staff are very kind, and always have fresh cookies on the counter. Nice stay all in all.
