Receptionist was amazing this evening...stayed non flustered & efficient, even with an overwhelming amount of people waiting to get walk-in appointments! Kudos ?? Also appreciated the medical help I received from Dr. Barkman...going for an X-ray to find out what my lungs are dealing with before prescribing something creates trust in getting the best care! Had a difficult to remove clog in the main line. John from this company made the house call. He was fast and very well priced. He even gave me some scrap pieces for the reno I'm doing in the bathroom.

I went in there with my brand new Epson Printer which had a paper feed problem since these guys were the authorized repair center for Epson. Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars.

People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

Our large motorhome needed to be checked over on a chassis basis. They did a complete check-over as it had not been done for a number of years. They gave me the honest truth about its condition, what was needed to be replaced/repaired, but also didnt try and sell me a bunch of stuff that wasnt needed. For example, they looked at the tires and said they were still good.
Another key thing for me was storing it until I could pick it up. They have room for these huge vehicles.
