Decent clean food, HUGE portions. Really nice qulity food but we were rushd to put our order in. Nevertheless, we enjoyed take out and will return for seconds and thirds. By comparitive standards, this place is excellent in this small city and the food is comparable to what you will find in a big city like Montreal or Kingston. Tasty but a wee bit expensive. Oh and ONE plate is large enough for two people.

The Mutt Hutt is a fabulous place to wash your own dog! They have individual rooms for each dog and their person ... spotlessly clean ... all products and towels provided. And they clean up after you! The price is the best - very affordable for anyone. Plus they sell a lot of products perfect for every dog lover (and some other critters too). If you prefer a groomer, Anna works there from Sunday through Wednesday I believe and she is fabulous. Promise. Our pug barely makes a fuss!

my family and I have stayed at Spencer's cottages many times. We rented a boat our first year, and had such a great experience we bought our own boat. They have a launch ramp and great docking that makes bringing your own boat easy and safe. The also don't charge anything extra for the launch and docking which is refreshing. The cottages are very clean, and well equipped. The owners are very nice and knowledgable. Fishing is great, we always do well. Good value! Highly recommend this place

i hav e been going to the brass since i came to kingston for school five years ago. the brass isnt really known for its food for good reason, its a bar, but there breakfest hits the spot on a hang over sunday. have you ever noticed that the brass has the best looking staff in kingston? This place is awesome. Small campground with seasonals, overnight and cottages. Very clean and tidy. Most of all it is quiet with no loud night parties. Great place for families with kids, sandy beach and games room gives them something to do. They even deliver firewood and ice. The lake is beautiful and great fishing. It's a MUST see.
