Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! Friendly staff that always greets you with smiles. Anna is amazing. Her free hand designs always get me compliments and asked where I get my nails done. My mom and I have never had a bad experience here. We're always offered water and green tea. My mom doesn't have the best mobility and the staff is always willing to help her.

I got my hair done with Alicia this week. She was amazing (again, since I have gone to her before:). I left with an awesome pixy cut and she suggested getting a new colour which I love! I left with some business cards but will have to get some more from her because I gave them away the next day to 3 people who complimented my new hairdo! I have also seen Vange & Heather for my hair and Hilary & Alexis in Esthetics and they are all great!

I recently became acquainted with Dr. Sandhu and the staff at Bayshore Optometric when I needed a new pair of glasses. I would say the service they provide is outstanding. They have the latest in technology - I even had a panoramic photo done of the inside of my eye, never had that before. The staff are great and Dr. Sandhu is friendly and smart. Their hours are amazing there so there is no problem getting an appointment evenings or weekends. Very happy with my prescription.
