I was gobsmacked to read the horrible reviews about Dr. Bakhshi. She has treated me caringly and wonderfully for years! ... and I can be a challenging patient at times since I am now 87 years old. I have spoken to fellow patients while sitting waiting and every one of them thought that she was WONDERFUL. As a person who is petified of going to the dentist, I am so relieved to have found Dr Steffens. I have had root canals, tooth pulled and fillings along with regular cleaning. She is very aware of her client’s needs, freezing and gas for me and it has made my visits pain free. Dr Steffens has a wonderful staff that have a way of making you feel at ease, Nelson’s music choices are always the best. You won’t be disappointed !!

Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. Having Dr. Tanious as our family doctor is a blessing and gift! He is attentive, thorough, incredibly patient and proactive! Frankly the level of service and care is incredible.
