I am so pleased with the recent conversion of my 1984 electric furnace to propane by Sparlings. My sales advisor, Daniel, thoroughly explained the different brands of furnace to consider, and the pros and cons of each. Vlad and Tim carefully and efficiently installed the tank and line and took care to leave my lawn looking as good as possible. Rob is fantastic. He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated. Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!).
