Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! I learned about A1 from Yellow pages, and gave them a call. I have been looking to purchase a new air conditioner furnace for a few years now. The last few sales men I contacted were pushy and had many hidden costs...very sneaky. So finally I tried A1, The ladies at the office were extremely nice my salesman was fantastic and educated me on what I really needed. The installers were clean, quick, and informative. After they had a quality assurance inspector come out to make sure everything was installed properly and then made sure I understood my new thermostat...by the way wifi is the way to go !!! All in all it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who mentions they need an HVAC company.
