Farid and his dad went far and beyond what was expected from them as they went out to take care of the broken front window of my daughter's student rental. They immediately addressed the situation, taking time from there lunch on a very busy day. They are extremely friendly and helpful - we couldn't have expected more! Very good staff. They listen, are patient, and get the job done to the customer's satisfaction. My family and I have been using this pharmacy you a year now and have been very pleased with the professional care shown by the entire staff. Plus, the building has a huge parking lot that always has space for your car and two exits and entrances that make it easy to come and go. During the winter, the lot and sidewalks are cleared and maintained. Well maintained building inside and out.

These folks have been in business for a long time and with good reason. They have excellent sales staff who are not pushy but very knowledgeable. We ordered a chair custom made in Toronto (Yay: Canadian made) and have been told that when it is ready, if we don't like it, we don't have to pay for it. They deliver for free. You don't get this kind of service any more so we are delighted and will definitely use this store again.

I purchased 4 new snow tires from the Horton location. I had checked out the reviews on the Canadian Tire website and found that the original snow tires that I was going to buy were not as good as I thought. I found a review on a different brand and decided to purchase them instead. Wow....they are awesome. I feel so safe in my car now and can drive anywhere no matter if the roads have slush, snow or ice.
