We had an issue with our motorhome while travelling from Grande Prairie to Calgary. Jordon was extremely helpful on the phone and although we managed to get our motorhome on the run before Jordon could arrive he was extremely helpful and advised us where to go to get the parts that we needed. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing assistance.

On Nov. 26 my husband skidded off the road near Dawson Creek, damaging our truck. He was towed to KTS Truck Repair. Steven Reynolds couldn't have been more helpful. He stored the Uhaul being towed in his shop and gave my husband a ride to the motel. The next day he temporarily repaired it, enabling my husband to tow the Uhaul to our granddaughter's so they could load her belongings for the move down to Abbotsford. Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
