My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

My twin sister, who unfortunately is totally blind, had her teeth relined last month by Dr Zanan and she couldn’t be happier. The fit is perfect and she didn’t have to return once for adjustments. Dr Zanon has a friendly, helpful manner and is very experienced and knowledgeable.

I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. I have switched my dentist so many times and finally I have a dentist I can truly say goes above and beyond. Whether its the quality advice they provide, or friendly conversation, I am always at ease a Eastgate Dental. Plus the added bonus of the mall is great for picking up things on my way out. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
