Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. This is a fantastic company. They are really reasonable and what is even better is that they are very thorough and do an excellent job. It doesn't matter how many vents you have and they will show you how clean your ducts are with their nifty camera. I have used them twice and they have always done and excellent job. I live out of town and they were willing to come out at no extra charge. I highly recommend them to clean your furnace, dryer vent and air conditioner. Lire plus
