I have my claim processed by Fort McMurray Autobody. I just had to drop my vehicle there, they called me a rental vehicle and a few days later I received a call that it was repaired. No hassle at all!

I had my 2011 Dodge Ram in to get repaired. I had an amazing experience with the office staff and the mechanics. They fixed my truck better then it was before, on time, informative, and worked well with the insurance company. Would I recommend this shop for other customers? Yes I would. I won't take my vehicles any where else now.

We had an emergency in the middle of the trip. It was the first big snow storm and Greg was so gentle to help us soon. We spent the whole morning there, he changed the main belt, the joints, he fixed our heating (thanks god, we needed so many times!)... Besides being a very good professional, he was kind to offer us coffee for that cold morning. Where in other place we were given a budget of 3000$ to fix the car, he did it for much less and after 7 months, we are not disappointed. Recommended!!!

A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. So weird that other review... Duane is awesome. He fixed our old Honda and saved us $5000 after Honda told us our transmission was going - it was a rock in the wheel!

I started going to A and J Automotive several years ago.He is an amazing mechanic and he is honest.As a woman going to a mechanic, he is the best I have ever dealt with. He explains everything to you and lets you know all of the options available.I have recommended several friends there over the years and they have been thrilled as well.I will always go here first.I have never been surprised by a bill, other than it was a lot less than it would have been elsewhere. Called in for a broken spring on my door. They were very busy but the girl answering the phone said she would look at the GPS and see if any of the trucks were ahead of schedule and would call me right back. 10 minutes later she called to say a tech would be there in the next 90 minutes. Tech showed up 50 minutes later, was very professional and pleasant. Even did an annual service at no additional cost. I recommend Garage Door Depot to everyone.

Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.
