I called Bison for help on the Sunday evening before thanksgiving. They had an actual technician answer the phone (not an answering service) and was willing to talk the situation through in case he didn't need to come out. I have a boiler, and lots of service people don't do boilers, but he didn't hesitate to assist me, patiently going through the options with me, in a way that I could understand.

I cannot think of a more professional property management group than Burnett. Their ownership and management team, along with their staff are top notch. Their buildings are well cared for and maintained. Tenants expectations are exceeded each and every time.

The service is excellent, it's kept very clean and organized, the clerks are knowledgeable and the wait times are reasonable - It's the only post office I use.
Sometimes a good post office is hard to find. This one rocks.
