Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.

I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! Best ISP in london. Always kind and honest and available 24/7. I love how if you are having problems with speeds, they will literally do it with turbomeeting (similar to teamviewer 12), and just do the work and fix it. They are the cheapest and constant company in regard to payments. No hidden fees and i pay the same month to month. My internet has gone down in price twice in two years for faster speed. They are great, can't say enough food things about them.
