My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Young lady gave me her card after helping me with a vacuum. So many to choose from. I'm in Waterdown, neighbor said the same.. I had a 500 page family tree I wanted to get printed for my parent’s 70th wedding anniversary. I called around and the most helpful person I talked to was Steve from UPS. He gave me a quote for 50 copies and stuck to it. Steve and Fatima were very helpful in choosing the right cover and binding. He promised that he could get it done in 2 weeks and 2 days later I got a call to come and pick them up. The work was first rate and the books were a big hit at my parent’s anniversary party. Thanks
