We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.
Top notch service from the first call all the way through. We will definitely use there service again. I highly recommend them

I have a BMW 328i If you have ever owned a BMW you know there is no one more unhappy than a BMW owner the day after the warrantee is up. I have been going to R.G. Diagnostics for about 12 years. I trust Ryan completely. The last job he did would have cost me $4300.00 just for the part, He fixed the part and the problem for about $450 labour included. I highly recommend R.G. This company did excellent work. I had RJM come in to install a new gas hot water tank for me. Rob did a great job, fast, very knowledgeable, and excellent quality, and on time (actually 10 minutes early). He even used a level to make sure the copper pipes were nice and neat and didn't leave any garbage behind. The water tank has been working great for over a year now and I'm totally satisfied. The reason I got RJM to do the work was because someone else recommended him. As for the other reviewer Jay, he may be talking about another company because Rob works alone. As for not returning calls, totally opposite to my experience. I would highly recommend RJM Mechanical to anyone.
