Excellent job on my Bishon Shih-tzu. My dog was in and out in a little over an hour. She was was calm and relaxed when I picked her up. Very professional grooming shop. I have used these guys multiple times & only once did I end up w/the wrong part & it's not a wonder when that phone doesn't stop ringing cpl'd with the continuous flow of customers walking through the door. Their yard guys are great, the desk guys' knowledge is over the roof, & they go the extra mile to make sure you leave a satisfied customer.

Staff have been helpful and prompt making sure we got a po box the same day I stopped in to ask for one and they have always made sure mislabeled mail got delivered and held the packages for us. As a resident of black diamond I have never had any issues.
