We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely. However, the best part was the attitude and passion of this team lead by Al. They were incredibly fast and really fun to work with. I strongly recommend Al and his company to anyone.

After having had other companies come in and quote lower prices only to present a higher bill...These guys honored there quote and did a fantastic job....even did a few extra stairs...Finally a company that does a good job for what they said ...based on my dealings I recommend !!!

Would highly recommend SMT backflow testing. Steve came out the same day and fixed our leaking backflow for our irrigation system. He was fairly priced and very professional.

He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Without telling us what to do, he noted that even if it was repaired, there could be hidden damage. All this helped us make a decision about the car.
