The Harwoods do absolutely excellent work. Cody came to our house to help with what we thought was a huge problem. It turned out to be something he was able to fix on the spot, and he was done quickly. He was neat and respected our carpets, and we were only charged for the small part required. After having dealt with a number of what I would call incompetent individuals it was very gratifying to deal with Fern’s Heating inc. They installed a new furnace in record time and had the old one running in order to make sure that I did not go without heat. Everything was left spotless before he left. Very professional and he took the time to answer a lot of my questions.

My job takes me all over the province and I just got back from the Sault. Boy are we lucky to have this Boston Pizza. Best deals anywhere and the staff are cool to boot. I love BP in North Bay but am really getting an appreciation for just how good the North Bay location is. No specials in SSM, Simcoe, Keswick.

Ryan with Ableton Electrical Services was called on Nov 4 re. issue changing out kitchen split electrical plugs. He was knowledgeable on the phone and thankfully arrived at the end of my work day. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and I was happy to receive education on what he was doing. Only reason not getting 5/5 stars is he didn't have gel in the truck and had to return 5 days later to complete the job. I would use his business again.

In the middle of this Co-vid 19 virus our car was totalled when we hit a moose late in the evening. Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. They were extremely helpful in allowing us to get back to the car to pick up our stuff & answering all our questions regarding insurance. Polite, professional. Perfect.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They go beyond what is required. Thoroughly professional. They return calls, provide prompt service, and keep you updated, unlike some others in this area. I had to replace my furnace during heating season, and Tim worked 12 hours straight to get it done. Highly recommended.

This is the best pharmacy to deal with in my opinion. I literally live a block from another shoppers drug mart and-still I choose to go across town to deal with this store/pharmacy at 276 Lakeshore thanks to how amazing the staff/pharmacists are at this location. Sure sometimes you have to wait a bit for a prescription but it just depends on how busy they are just like anywhere. I would definitely recommend dealing with this store, I have no complaints at all.

I had my 1st flat tire so we called Le Towing. Le Towing arrived very quickly. He made sure not to move my truck since my tire was off the rim until he could figure out a way to do it without damaging the rim. He ended up changing my tire with my spare one which saved me a towing. I had my 7 year old daughter with me and he would interact with her and made the experience fun. I was extremely pleased with the service, the friendliness. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

I just had them install a tankless water heater for me, and the 2 men did a fantastic job, and again very courteous , friendly, and professional! Christie has fixed several items for me and goes above and beyond every time. I had my engagement ring resized and a diamond replaced that had fallen out. She is trustworthy and always gives an honest estimate. Jewelry comes back clean and like new! She’s the only person I will use for jewelry repairs in north bay!
