Very happy with these folks. My garage door went off its tracks and they were at my house at 7:15 the next morning. They had it fixed in an hour and half and repaired several other parts that were getting old and wonky. I was worried about a big bill, but it was just over $200. Would definitely use them again.

A few years back I had these guys replace a gas furnace in one of my rentals. I was really impressed on how quickly they were able to get at it, how fast they did the job, and how affordable it was. And, my tenants were happy on how well they cleaned up after themselves also. I was super pleased that I picked them.

Very accomidating services, been with this storage fscility for a few years now. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. I would recommend there storage to anyone that would need and place to keep there items dry safe and sucure at all times.I would not go anywhere else ever! The store may be called the Wine Shoppe, but the funny thing is, they have the best selection of tea in Kamloops and really should be called the Tea and Wine Shoppe. Just like the tea shop in Courtenay BC, they have a brewed pot of tea to try, and you can smell any kind. I am very impressed with this store and I recommend it to all tea lovers or even just people interested in trying a new flavor or getting some amazing green tea. They also order in for you from the Courtenay tea shop. What great customer service.

Thought I was looking at a huge repair bill when water started pouring into my basement through a crack in the wall. Was surprised to learn that this kind of leak can be repaired from inside the house with the special product they use. Whole repair was only a few hundred dollars and is holding up great - no leaks! Would highly recommend his work to anyone with a leaky basement.

I was impressed with the pharmacy when I went for the first time yesterday. It is very nice inside - and larger than I actually thought. My prescription was ready within 7 minutes! That's a first! Cheaper than my usual store too. Service was very friendly from the front store girl and the pharmacist was very helpful and explained my new pills to me. I believe he owns the store - which makes a difference in my opinion. I like to support local businesses, as I was once one.
In short, lots of selection as I noted in the title and prompt, professional service. Will revisit next time I have a need.
