Came out in the morning and found I had a flat tire. Sam and his team took care of me in under an hour. Plugged the tire on the spot in and out within 10 mins. I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Always happy with these guy's work. Every time I bring my car in for a maintenance wash get it back shining better than when bought it new.
I highly recommend everyone to give them a try and I bet it will be worth visiting them for any type of carwash or car detailing services.

I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 from Mike almost 3 years ago for $8000 with under 100,000 km on it and its still a fantastic little car. I discovered my windshield had a crack a couple days after purchase Mike replaced it for free. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car some day.
