On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

I have used this garage on 2 occasions and both times the service has been great. The pricing is fair and the work is right the 1st time. I actually travel 90km plus to use this garage and they can accommodate the work while I wait. I have had tire changes, 4 wheel alignment, oil changes and brakes.
I would 100% recommend this garage.

Greg treated me with respect & listened to my concerns, which was a refreshing change from being treated as a dumb female at some other shops. I've been coming to this shop since 2008, if not earlier than that. I've also had my family and friends come to this shop every single year. Whether it for new rims, change of summer or winter tires or tire balancing. The owner is Francis and he and his son in the back know what they are doing. I remember coming here when Brandon (the owners son) was still learning the trade and now he is the wizard in the back doing all the work. Service is great, prices are more than favourable to the client!

Great experience, they fixed an electronic issue where my car just wouldn't start. And they called me a week later to ensure if everything is fine! BMW dealership never did that follow up.
Highly recommend to all BMW owners, especially if your car is no longer covered under warranty. Much better deal and cost savings with all OEM parts. Plus you don't have to put up with the snobbish attitude of certain service advisors at the BMW dealership

The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.
