Thank you Anna for your tremendous service! Always taking care of me .... I always get my nails (shellac) , pedicure, eyebrows threaded and a monthly massage. This time I had my hair done (balayage) . She really did take care of me till I was satisfied. 10 years of great service and friendship. I will always refer family and friends to her! I went to get a pedicure at Modern Nails II last weekend, the place is now under new management. Everyone was so nice, I also had one nail that I had broken; they repaired it at no charge. They did a great job on both. They have 20% off until Mother's day. I will be back for sure.

I went to Merle Norman; East Village today for a pedicure after doing 2 weeks of research on the internet to find a suitable salon that is clean and friendly....Jenny and my esthetician Jessie were both friendly and attentive. I think I have found my new pedicure home.

Highly recommend this salon, family-run business, everyone who works here is extremely talented. Pedicures include a WONDERFUL lower leg massage. Waxing is done with great expertise, and minimal pain. Talent when it comes to free hand painting of nails is OUTSTANDING.

I had the most amazing service ever and a large box store. There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .
