yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.

The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. Our fireplace stopped working this winter and we had no idea what was up. Even though Gastech Solutions didn't put in this fireplace we called them to see if they could help us out since we were so happy with our furnace & air conditioning. They had someone out the next day - It just need a little cleaning in the lines - good as new. Highly recommend these guys to everyone.
