You cant go wrong with going to see Huong. She pays so much attention to detail ; more than I have experienced anywhere. Pricing is average or better than most. Mikey just did a service call for diagnosing an issue with my home treadmill and it was a d**n delight.
He did preventative maintenance and hung out while I ran. The issue repro'd while he was here; he diagnosed that I needed a part, and then dealt professionally and effectively with my pain-in-the-butt manufacturer on my behalf for parts. He'll be back in a couple weeks to install the parts when they come in.
And ALL his work will be cheaper than their initial diagnostic call. Delightful.

We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I visited this establishment on May 3rd. The store is small but delightfully organized. The items are all quality goods and priced fairly. I found the sales staff to be friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I have a problem with a bone spur on one foot and was able to purchase a pair of shoes to wear to a wedding that were both stylish and comfortable. I will return.
