I had a great experience working with Water Guard Plumbing. During the free estimate they explained the problem in simple terms and provided a competitive quote. On the day of the job, the team showed up on time and took great care to prep my home to not be impacted by what was going to be a dirty job. The old pipe was replaced, newer shoddy plumbing fixed, and pipes covered up again. Great customer service and on budget.

There is a good reason that there is a "MISTER" in front of his name : he is no ordinary plumber ! Prompt, polite, professional ... I could say that he is also pretty, but that doesn't matter - even though he wears his pants properly ! My toilet was clogged ... I called MISTER PLUMBER late in the evening on Saturday ... he came right away with a fair and reasonable price, quickly solving the problem, and leaving without leaving behind a mess : now MISTER, that's a PLUMBER !

Very professional, easy to work with and everything is upfront (work to be done and pricing) and they don't force you to do any work as other companies. In fact I was told I could grab 2nd opinion for some plumbing work I was looking to get done, but in the end I did not bother and went with this company. To be quite honest, never could have been any happier. The prices are pretty reasonable for a flat rate company as the price includes warranty costs, gas/truck charges, material, labor.. ect
