Brian and his team are excellent in service and workmanship. I have been to several body shops in the past and JKPY tops them all! Very personable and good communication throughout the process. I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. To be honest with you this is the best place I have been so far and they never disappoint they meet all requirements and needs. They made my car look super brand new I was just in shocked . Altaf is definitely the guy to speak to when you go there he understands his clients and always put himself in his or her clients shoes to make them happy. Will definitely go back there again if I ever have any incidents. you will have no regrets paying them a visit.

Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.

I dropped my car (2008 Corolla) to empire to get it detailed and they far surpassed my expectations. They cleaned it so well both the interior and exterior. I havent seen my paint so clean before. I am going back to get my windows tinted and to get my car rust proof.

I actually travel 90km plus to use this garage and they can accommodate the work while I wait. I have had tire changes, 4 wheel alignment, oil changes and brakes.

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
