Extremely professional and friendly staff. It doesn’t take long for them to get to know you. Once they do, you seldom have to ask or explain what you want. You’re addressed by name, the service is quick and they honour insurance prices much better than other places do. I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. I have had shoulder and elbow problems for sometime and finally decided to seek help I found Physiocare at Nepean really helpful and the staff very understanding and supportive. I was impressed at the understand of my condition and the therapies he employed. I am feeling so much better and able to do things and really have physiocare to thank for this.
