After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored. Just bought a used Audi A6 and 3 months after I purchased the car, my Check Engine light came on and my air conditioning wasn't working properly. I took it my own personal mechanic, they thought they fixed it but it came back on 3 days later. Frustrated, I took it to an Audi dealership while in Toronto on vacation and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to diagnose the problem and eventually fix the problem. I wasn't too keen but I agreed, bought a beautiful car, check engine light shouldn't be on bottom line. Two weeks later back in Ottawa my check engine light came back on !!!! Now I was very frustrated. In limbo my car needed an oil change so I took it to Midas on Baseline rd. The mechanic named Alex indicated to me once again the light was on. I said go a head and see if you can fix the problem thinking if Audi can't fix it who can. The Manager said if they can't find the problem they won't charge me for the diagnosis. It was zero risk for me and a win/win for both of us. Alex was able to find the problem and fixed it with my authorization. The light has never come back on again. Turns out the mechanic Alex is an Electrical Engineer who specializes in cars. AND my final bill to fix it was a fraction of what Audi charged me. Alex in my opinion is an electrical genius !! If anyone has eletrical problems take your car to Midas on Baseline Rd in Ottawa and ask for Alex. It will save you alot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$ and frustation.

J’ai eu 4 extractions et 1 nettoyage. Le personnelle et leur service sont vraiment remarquable. Le personnel vous donne l’option d’écouter la musique de votre choix sur YouTube ou votre émission préférer sur Netflix. La qualité de leur travail son excellent et prennent bien soin de leur client. A tous ceux et celle qui veulent une bonne expérience, aller faire une visite je vous le recommande. :-)

Midas staff were very friendly. They completed everything in the amount of time they suggested. The price was reasonable and explained (Mike brought me right to my truck and showed me exactly what he was talking about). I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Midas on St. Laurent!
PS: I didn't need to book an appointment and they where able to see me within 10 minutes!!!

They are wonderful.
My wife and I have been shopping at the North Gower Pharmacy for nearly two years, and we are very pleased that they opened in this area. They offer excellent advice, they will stock items that we need which are sometimes only carried by Shoppers HOME Centres, and they know each and every customer by name. Very rare in this day and age. Their prices are often quite a bit better than at Shoppers, and we always get a seniors discount - not just on Tuesday. Great Pharmacy.

I had both my front ball joints done, a wheel bearing fixed, brakes and had two new tires put on...Unbelievable job and the price was unbeatable. Now I know why my friend recommended this place to me. I'll never go anywhere else again. Once you've had auto repair work done at Beaver Auto you'll see why I took the time to write this review. (I didn't rate convenience at 5 stars because I live in Orleans and they are in the St. Laurent area, but it was well worth the 10-15 minute minute drive)

They accidently put the wrong tires on my truck, but only noticed when it was time to pay. They ended up charging me what they quoted me in the first place. Saved me $75 from what it should have costed, got a little better tire and left a happy customer. Recommended. I will be a return customer in the future. ;)

These people are fantastic! I am new to needing an orthotic, and they were able to walk me through the process step by step. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and were able to tell me exactly what I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement of my portion of the cost. They were very patient, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question (although I'm sure half of them were!). The appliance that I received from Grundy Orthotics is extremely comfortable, and I was able to wear it full time from the day I got it. There was no "breaking in" period that some other orthotists I spoke to warned about. I would highly recommended them to anyone that is in need of an orthotic device.
