Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I came to Speedy auto on fennel to get my muffler fixed. Andy was very polite and helpful. The service was amazingly fast and at a fraction of the price that it would have costed me at another auto shop. I will definitely return if my car has any problems. These guys know their stuff.

I was quoted a price and a timeline for the body work required, and they completed the work earlier and the quote was precisley what I did pay. The receptionist and the manager/owner were professional and friendly and the car looked fantastic. The experience I had at this business was a FIVE and I will recommend all my friends to go to this business should they require body work on their car.

I have brought my car here a few times! They do an excellent job for a very fair price. I wouldn't trust my mini with anybody else. They worked tirelessly to figure out what was wrong with my mini as mini oakville refused to give out the computer codes. I would highly recommend this business.

The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

Everyone in this shop is amazing. Mike is great to deal with!! They fit me in, in the middle of everyone getting their snow tires on. Long storey short I received high quality snow tires from my dad as a gift. The tires were defective. Mike diagnosed them, ordered me in new ones and they were on my vehicle within 2 days!! All the men in the shop are very knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service!! Thank you for keeping me safe and disposing of my egg shaped tires!! Cheers.

My vehicle was sent here by Haldimand Motors for some rust repair under warranty. I called them to get a quote on another area of my vehicle I wanted looked at and they got back to me within 5 minutes with a price. It was more than I was prepared to pay but since the vehicle was already there and the paint was on hand, we worked out a very fair deal.
This isn't a greedy shop at all. Give them a call and you'll get a fair price.
