Peter and Vince and all their staff are the best group to have near when it comes to your vehicle. Especially if you don't know a lot about cars. They treat you with honesty and respect , never trickery. I've come to trust them to look after me and my car completely in the past year because they haven't let me down. Today they managed to put a smile on my sad little face with their generosity and I thank them so much for that.

I have never trusted a car mechanic company before. As a young naive woman, who knows little about cars, I easily get coaxed into getting more work done than is actually needed on my car. I have been coming to progressive auto repair for 4 years and I can only say amazing things about the work they do and the service they give. I bought a used car, and have had no big expenses yet (since coming to them). Probably because I haven't been told to do something unnecessary yet. I have been doing my Masters in a different city and make an effort to drive out of my way to come back to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone, with great knowledge of cars, or like myself, someone who knows little and could easily get tricked into some big bills. Great company!

I had a spilled baby bottle in the back seat and Andrew removed the entire seat / shampooed it TWICE. The car looks and smells like a brand new car!

My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.

TD auto center has set the bar for top notch customer service! The one stop shop experience took a lot of stress away as they took care of everything right there. I did not have to drive someplace else to drop off my vehicle for repairs, or arrange my own rental. I simply left my vehicle there for repairs right there and they arranged for a car rental delivery all within an hour. In less than 48 hours I had my vehicle back looking like new! Thank you TD for making this a stress free experience.

My mother's windshield always leaked when it rained, we assumed it was a leaky windshield, turns out it was the drain tubes from the sunroof which were plugged up. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, knew what he was doing and was very professional. Made my mother very happy! I would not hesitate to have Steve work on my vehicle and would highly recommend him.

Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.
